Return & Refund Policy

At Tarfug, your satisfaction with your shopping experience is paramount to us. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly provide you with a replacement or a full refund, without requiring you to return the item. We take full responsibility for any loss you may experience.

Returns: As our items are made-to-order and we do not maintain inventory, we do not accept returns at this time.

If you need to make a correction to your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time of placing your order. Once the order has been sent to the fulfillment centers, it cannot be canceled.

It’s crucial to carefully review the description of each item before placing your order. We provide a sizing chart for each product to assist you in selecting the correct size. Please ensure that you provide accurate information before finalizing your order.

In the rare event that we send you the wrong order, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can promptly send you the correct item. You are not required to return the incorrect item and may keep it as a gift.

Order Cancellation: Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, you can only cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time of placing your order. After this timeframe, the order will be processed by the fulfillment centers and cannot be canceled.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Damaged or defective items: We offer replacements or full refunds if you provide photo proof within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking website and your order’s shipping label.
  • Late delivery or missing order: We offer a 50% refund after 45 days of placing the order and a full refund after 60 days of placing the order.

Please note that refund requests due to customer error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or shipping address, are generally not accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges & Replacements (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of delivery, as shown by the tracking website. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] with photo proof. Once the photo is approved, we will send a replacement to you. You are not required to return the defective item to us.
