Shipping Policy

At Tarfug, we are committed to delivering your orders within the advertised timeframes. To help us achieve this, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes all relevant details such as abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route details (if applicable).

We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from errors in address information provided during purchase.


A. Processing, Transit & Order Cut-Off Time

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days: Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST, GMT-08:00), excluding public holidays observed by the Post Office, such as:

    • New Year’s Day

    • Presidents’ Day

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Labor Day

    • Thanksgiving

    • Christmas

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST (GMT-08:00).

  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Processing Time

  • We require 5–7 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

4. Shipping Time

  • USA Orders: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • International Orders: 10–17 business days (Monday to Friday).

5. Total Delivery Time

  • USA Orders: 12–17 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time).

  • International Orders: 15–24 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time).

Note: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions.

6. Peak Season Delays

  • During high-demand periods such as holidays, Christmas, or New Year, shipping times may be subject to delays.

  • Holiday Ordering Tip: To ensure delivery before holidays, we recommend placing orders at least 25 days in advance.


B. Shipping Costs

  • USA Orders: Flat shipping rate of $6.95.

  • International Orders: Flat shipping rate of $9.95.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for remote areas, which will be displayed at checkout.


C. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once your order has been sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellations are no longer accepted.


D. Delivery Terms

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, Yunexpress, or Yanwen, depending on the shipping destination and product availability.

  • For Hawaii, Alaska, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Delivery may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier availability.

  • For International Orders, customs processing may add extra time. We are not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.


E. Address Accuracy and Changes

1. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during checkout.

  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

    • The package will be returned to our warehouse.

    • Customers will need to pay additional shipping fees to resend the package.

  • If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer input errors, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

2. Changing the Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once your order is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.


F. Order Tracking

1. Tracking Details

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • This tracking number will allow you to monitor your package’s status.

2. How to Track Your Order

  • Visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your tracking number to view the delivery status.

3. If You Don’t Receive a Tracking Number

  • Tracking numbers are typically sent within 2–5 business days after processing is complete.

  • If you do not receive your tracking number within this timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.


G. Lost or Delayed Packages

1. Lost Packages

  • If your order has not been delivered within 60 days from the order date, please contact us at [email protected].

  • We will investigate the issue, and if confirmed as lost, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement.

  • If the shipping carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Delayed Packages

  • If your package is stuck in transit for more than 15 days without updates, contact us for further assistance.

  • If a package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service before contacting us.


H. Customs Delays for International Orders

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your package is held at customs for more than 30 days, please contact us.

  • We may assist with documentation, but we are not responsible for customs-related delays or additional import fees.
